You confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract under Indian law. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

• We aim to sell authentic Korean cosmetics, supplied directly from authorized manufacturers in Korea.
• Some products are stocked locally (ready to ship). Others are supplied on a drop-ship basis from our authorized partners in Korea. Drop-ship items may require additional processing, customs clearance, and KYC documentation.

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or policy violations).
• When an order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation email. Please retain it for your records.

We ship in-stock items within 24–48 hours. Drop-ship items typically deliver within 10–15 working days, subject to supplier and customs processes. We ship items separately if an order contains both in-stock and drop-ship items.

• All prices are shown in INR and are subject to change without notice.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for orders unless otherwise restricted. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of COD fraud and to block repeat offenders.

• Eligible: damaged items, leakage, missing items, wrong item shipped, and short-expiry products (less than 6 months remaining).
• Claim window: within 5 days of delivery (see full policy for required evidence).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If refund fails, we may refund via UPI after verification.

• Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
• Cooperate with any KYC or customs requirements for drop-ship orders.

You must not misuse the Site, post unlawful content, or attempt to damage or interfere with site functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-BeautySkin and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the value of the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold K-BeautySkin harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

All content on the Site (text, images, trademarks) is owned or licensed by K-BeautySkin. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
