K-BeautySkin ships orders across India from a mix of locally stocked inventory and authorized drop-ship partners in Korea. Shipping timelines depend on product availability and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Dispatch Timelines

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 24–48 hours from order confirmation (business days).
  • Drop-ship items (direct from Korea): expected delivery within 10–15 working days, subject to supplier processing and customs clearance.
  • Combined orders: items may ship separately — in-stock items will ship first; drop-ship items follow when available.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines. Delays can occur due to customs, supplier processing, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Partners

We primarily use Blue Dart, and also ship via Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Amazon Shipping Partner. Courier selection depends on destination and service availability.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
  • Import duties, customs fees, or KYC requirements for some drop-ship orders are the customer's responsibility (see Customs & KYC below).

Customs, KYC & Drop-Ship Orders

  • Drop-shipped items from Korea may require customs processing. Customs clearance can require identity documents (KYC) such as PAN or government ID.
  • We will notify you if documentation is required and assist in the process. Failure to provide documentation may result in return-to-sender; return shipping and customs fees may be deducted from refunds.

Delivery Timeframes & Tracking

  • Once dispatched you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
  • Delivery times are estimates — they may vary due to remote locations, public holidays, or customs delays.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

  • Inspect packages upon delivery. Report visible damage, leakage, or missing items immediately to sales@k-beautyskin.com and retain packaging for verification.
  • Claims for damaged, missing, or leakage items must be filed within 5 days of delivery.
For damaged/leakage claims please provide clear photos and the unboxing video if available — this helps speed up resolution with our courier partners.
